I’m not very good at writing about myself. What can I say? Married, no kids. Hubby and I had our own Atari software company back in the day. Later, I worked as a technical writer, then a web developer. I love to cook – and eat! I’ve won State and County fair prizes for my bakery and cooking. I’ve been involved in Middle Eastern Dance since my first class at the Y in 1979. I’m active in animal rescue and a pet pig advocate. I used to love gardening, until I moved to a fabulous home in the woods, just a mile from a National Park, where the wildlife destroys everything I try to plant. Even houseplants on the balcony are not safe from marauding raccoons in summertime. I love to sew. My Grandma taught me how to bake and sew when I was about 11. We made a pair of pot holders. When I wanted to tackle a bigger project, she took me to the library to borrow sewing books.
